Antibiotic resistance is becoming an increasingly severe public health issue. Compared to antibiotics, antibacterial peptides, due to their unique mechanism of action, make it difficult for bacteria to develop resistance. However, currently, there is no specific database providing a large number of antibacterial peptide structures, which limits the development of structure data-driven computational models for antibacterial peptides. In response, firstly, we used Alphafold2 to predict the structures of antibacterial peptides, obtaining 4,872 antibacterial peptides with structures, and visually clustered to display several structural types of antibacterial peptides. Then, for each antibacterial peptide entry, we provided Basic Information and Physicochemical Properties related to the mechanism of action of antibacterial peptides, and allowed for direct 3D visualization of the antibacterial peptide structures. Additionally, each antibacterial peptide entry includes a structure similarity search function, facilitating users to find similar structural antibacterial peptides in this database; moreover, it offers user-friendly search and download interfaces. The goal of this database is to help users utilize antibacterial peptide structures for research related to antibacterial peptides.
